Do I need to connect my Instagram or share my password?
No. We only read publicly available data from public Instagram accounts. You never connect your account, install anything, or hand over a password.
How long does my report take?
Usually under a minute. The first time we analyse a brand new account it can take a little longer while we build its profile, then every later report loads fast.
Where do the numbers come from, and how accurate are they?
Every figure traces back to real, observed data from public Reels: view counts, posting times, captions, hashtags and comments. We do not project or invent metrics, so what you read is what the account actually did.
Can I analyse any account, or only my own?
Any public Instagram account. If an account is set to private we cannot analyse it, because there is no public data to read.
Can I track competitors?
Yes. Our Compare and Dominate plan tracks up to three competitors alongside your own account, so you see where you lead, where you lag, and the gaps worth closing.
How often is my report refreshed?
Every plan rebuilds your full report every month, so you always act on current patterns rather than ones that have already moved.
